Enrolment Policies

Billing Policy

  1. Full payment is expected for all group training and private consultations prior to commencement.
  2. Your booking is confirmed once a credit card payment has been made over the phone.

Cancellation Policy

  1. No refunds will be provided for any confirmed bookings.
  2. No program enrolment will be entitled to switch to private consultations once the group booking has been confirmed.
  3. Any client withdrawing from a course will not be entitled to a refund.
  4. Clients who are forced to withdraw due to failure in their dogs health will be entitled to postpone the completion of the course, although no refund will be provided. (veterinary confirmation must be provided).
  5. Clients who are forced to withdraw due to their dog being overly stressed, will be entitled to transfer the remaining course value to private consultation fees, however no refund will be provided.
  6. Any confirmed off peak private consultation can be postponed if notification is given to the office more than twenty four hours in advance. Less than twenty four hours notice will incur the full cost of the consultation.
  7. Any confirmed peak hour private consultation can be postponed if notification is given to the office more than three working days in advance. Less than three days notice will incur the full cost of the consultation.
  8. For the month of December any confirmed private consultation can be postponed if notification is given to the office more than five working days in advance. Less than five days notice will incur the full cost of the consultation.
  9. Private consultations booked in a package of three sessions will expire and your training fee forfeited if they are not used within three months of the purchase date.
